The South Carolina Postcard has many fun facts on it:

  • the salamander was given the honor of official state amphibian

The Postcard from Germany has a photo of the Neuschwanstein Castle near Fussen, southwest Bavaria.  More than 1.3 million people visit annually.  It has appeared in several movies and was the inspiration for Disney's Sleeping Beauty Castle.  (We found more info. on Wikipedia.)
